Our Policy

When requesting an appointment, please provide me with your dates and times that work for you. This will save both of us time and less back and forth. Included in your message what services you are interested in and the area you want to treatment on. I do book 15 minute free consultation appointment if you feel better discussing treatment plan in person. I will now require a NON-Refundable booking fee to book an appointment. This fee will go towards your balance at the end of your treatment. The fee amount varies depending on services you are requesting. I will not book your appointment until the fee has been paid. I will only hold that appointment time for 1 hour. Fee can be transferred to new dates long as provide a 24 hour notice from original date. After 3 reschedules, you will be required to pay a new booking fee. Please be considerate of my time. As my time is just as valuable as yours. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time(s) for cancellations or rescheduling of appointment. Any appointment cancelled, rescheduled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount (booking fee). All “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you purchase a deal, you will lose a session.
